We are experts in learning design
The program's activities are based on proven methodology, best practices and the latest research in learning science. We take care to use current real world examples, trends and cases, and to combine theory with practical hands-on learning in ways that makes learning actionable by relating it to participants’ own context. We seek to draw out participants’ multiple perspectives and experiences to stimulate thinking, enrich practice, maximize group engagement and build strong networks.
We understand the complexity of leadership
Our programs combine expertise from multiple fields and use learning methodologies that ease real world application.
We rely on science and expertise
We base our program on both seminal and ground-breaking research in the fields of design thinking, psychology, agile methodology, physiology and change management. And we make sure that you hear from experts in the field.
We understand the connection between body and mind
We use the latest technology from the world of physiology to measure and understand your heart rate variability in various daily situations, so you become more aware of which daily activities you find stressful, which activities help you recover, how well you sleep and how your body reacts to exercise. This insight enables you to plan your day for optimal performance.
We care about actual change - and know that it takes time and commitment
We are committed to designing programs that enable individuals and organizations to change for the better. This cannot be done overnight, so our programs consist of several modules and rely on individual work between these. To ensure that our commitment is matched by participants and that real change is possible, we ask that you fill out an application stating your purpose and expected outcome from the program.
We practice what we preach
We take agile seriously and we constantly listen and adapt to the needs of our participants to make sure everyone gets the most out of it.
We have done this before - with great success
In 2018/2019 Escalino designed and managed the Public Innovation Leadership Program an intensive 11-day innovation program for Public Service Top Executives from Estonia, Finland, the Luxembourg and the Netherlands commissioned by the Top Civil Service Excellence Centre of the Government of Estonia and designed and implemented by Escalino and Manpremo Performance.
In 2016/2017 Jacob Lennheden and Mette Bohnstedt, founders of Escalino, carried out the Creative Capacities and Digital Leadership programme (CCDL) - an intensive 13-day innovation program for Public Service Top Executives from Estonia, Finland, the UK and the Netherlands commissioned by the Top Civil Service Excellence Centre of the Government of Estonia and designed and implemented by Escalino and Copenhagen Institute of NeuroCreativity. 90 % of participants ranked the program as either excellent or very good.
